Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
These Terms of Service explain the rules for using the OrdMeal website, demo environment, and software platform. By using OrdMeal, booking a demo, or creating an account, you agree to these terms.
1. About OrdMeal
OrdMeal is a restaurant ordering software service operated by Travasoft Limited (company number 16541911), a company registered in England and Wales with its registered address at 21 Saxon Road, London E6 3RZ. The service is intended for restaurants and food businesses that want to manage direct online ordering and related operational workflows.
2. Using the website and platform
You agree to use the website and platform lawfully and in a way that does not misuse, damage, interrupt, or interfere with the service or other users.
You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or related systems
- Upload harmful code or malicious material
- Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading activity
- Copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the service except where allowed by law
3. Accounts
If you create an OrdMeal account, you are responsible for keeping account access details secure and for activity that happens under your account. You should let us know promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
4. Service setup and onboarding
We may provide onboarding, setup help, and support as part of the service. Setup times can vary depending on menu complexity, operational requirements, payment setup, and business readiness. Any timelines shared before launch are estimates unless clearly agreed otherwise.
5. Fees and billing
Where services are paid, fees, billing frequency, and included features will be shown separately in your proposal, plan, invoice, or pricing page.
Unless agreed otherwise:
- Fees are payable in advance for the relevant billing period
- Payments are non-refundable once a paid period has started, except where required by law
- We may suspend service for overdue accounts after reasonable notice
6. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time by giving at least 30 days' written notice to contact@travasoft.co.uk. Your service and billing continue during the 30-day notice period, and your subscription ends once that period expires.
Fees already paid are non-refundable, including any unused portion of the current or remaining billing period, except where a refund is required by applicable law. This does not affect any mandatory statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
7. Customer content
You remain responsible for the content you provide, including menus, prices, product details, allergy information, business details, branding assets, and any other information uploaded or supplied for use in the platform.
You confirm that:
- You have the right to use the content you provide
- The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge
- Your content does not infringe the rights of others or break the law
8. Allergens, dietary information, and restaurant responsibility
OrdMeal may help display menu information such as allergens, dietary labels, modifiers, and product descriptions, but the restaurant remains responsible for the accuracy of menu content and customer-facing food information.
Restaurants must review and confirm the correctness of their own menu, pricing, allergen details, dietary labels, opening times, fulfilment options, and operational settings.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the platform available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times. Maintenance, updates, technical issues, or third-party outages may occasionally affect availability.
10. Changes to the service
We may improve, change, update, or remove parts of the website or platform from time to time. We will try to do this responsibly and with reasonable care.
11. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website, platform, branding, design elements, and software related to OrdMeal remain the property of OrdMeal and/or Travasoft Limited or its licensors. Using the service does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.
12. Third-party services
OrdMeal may rely on third-party providers such as hosting, payments, messaging, analytics, or infrastructure services. We are not responsible for the independent actions or failures of third-party services outside our control, although we aim to choose providers carefully.
13. Ending or suspending access
We may suspend or end access to the platform if:
- Fees remain unpaid
- These terms are seriously breached
- The service is being used unlawfully or abusively
- Continued access creates security, legal, or operational risk
You may stop using the service in line with your plan or agreement terms.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, OrdMeal and Travasoft Limited are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the website or platform. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on the website with the updated date.
